Banquets at the Boardwalk
The Banquets at the Boardwalk has facilities to handle events from 50 to 650 guest. The Ballroom has a warm cherry finished decor with the eye catching Rivers Edge Lounge available for refreshments. The Ballroom has it all; exceptional decor, gourmet kitchen, friendly staff, fantastic view with outdoor patio deck and many other items to make your reservation a "One of a Kind" experience. Ballroom Facility Enhancement

Clients may arrive as early as 10:00 AM on the day of the event for decorating.

An additional fee of $75 per hour will apply if you would like to arrive earlier than 10:00 AM

Decorations must be removed from the room no later than 2:00 AM or additional fees may occur. Decorations left behind will not be saved.

Glitter and confetti are not allowed.

Nails, pins and staples are not allowed. Damages will result in additional charges. Non-residue tape may be used.

Candles- When lit, the tip of the flame of the candle must not come within one inch of the top of the candle holder. Please ensure approval of candles on week prior to the event.

Helium balloons are not allowed without a previously signed waiver. Client will be responsible for any charges incurred for retrieval and cleanup of balloons.

Banquets at the Boardwalk will provide the following decorations for your special day:

Mirrors ..........................No Charge
Candles ............................$1 each
Linen Napkins ................$0.30 each
Linen Tablecloths ..............$15 each

Set up a meeting with your event coordinator three (3) days prior to the event for your guaranteed guest count.

An estimate of your guest count is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Food selections must be decided six (6) weeks prior to the event.

Events conclude no later than 1:00 AM. Bars will close at 12:30 AM.

Alcohol consumption is restricted to inside Banquets at the Boardwalk only. There will be no alcohol allowed from the surrounding restaurants/bars or vice versa. No outside alcohol is to be brought in by clients or their guests. Banquets at the Boardwalk reserves the right to remove alcohol brought in and may request persons bringing it in to leave.
